PulseBizz provides reputation management software for local businesses. Our services include branded feedback pages, QR code review flows, private feedback capture, Google review routing, Google Business Profile connection, and related business management tools.
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit pulsebizz.com, create an account, connect third-party services, or submit feedback through a PulseBizz-powered page.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the service, and information we receive from connected third-party services.
- Account details such as name, email address, and password.
- Business profile details such as business name, phone number, vanity page identifier, address, and branding information you choose to add.
- Customer feedback data such as star rating, optional written comments, and the business page associated with the submission.
- Technical and anti-abuse data such as browser or device details, usage events, fingerprint-based identifiers, and hashed network-related data used to limit spam or duplicate submissions.
- Connected account data from services like Google Business Profile when you enable those features.
Feedback pages and customer submissions
When a customer uses a PulseBizz feedback page, we process the rating they provide, any optional comments they submit, and technical information needed to operate the page and prevent abuse.
We may use device, browser, and anti-fraud signals to detect duplicate submissions, protect businesses from spam, and keep review-routing flows functioning properly.
Google integrations
If you connect a Google Business Profile or related Google service, PulseBizz may receive business profile identifiers, listing details, review data, and connection credentials required to support the features you enable.
We use Google-connected data only to provide the associated PulseBizz functionality, such as showing Google review visibility inside the dashboard or supporting review-routing settings.
Billing and payments
Paid subscriptions and trials may be offered through third-party billing providers such as Stripe. Payment card information is processed by the payment provider and not stored in full on PulseBizz systems unless clearly stated otherwise.
We may receive billing metadata such as subscription status, payment confirmation, renewal events, and customer identifiers needed to manage access to the service.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the PulseBizz website and software.
- Create and manage accounts, business profiles, vanity feedback pages, and QR review flows.
- Store customer feedback for the business account that owns the page.
- Show Google review visibility and support connected Google Business Profile features.
- Process subscription status, billing events, and account access.
- Detect fraud, spam, duplicate activity, or other misuse.
- Respond to support requests and service communications.

Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax, or compliance obligations.

Your choices and privacy rights
You can update certain account and business information from within the app. You may also disconnect Google integrations, cancel your subscription, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
If you are a California resident or otherwise have privacy rights under applicable law, you may contact us to submit a request. We will review and respond as required by law.
Children and international transfers
PulseBizz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of PulseBizz after an update becomes effective means the updated policy will apply going forward.
