PulseBizz services
PulseBizz offers reputation management software and related tools for local businesses. Features may include branded feedback pages, QR code sharing, private feedback capture, Google review routing, Google Business Profile connection, dashboard visibility, and business settings management.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use PulseBizz in violation of law or regulation.
- Do not submit or encourage false, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious code.
- Do not misuse feedback or review flows in a way that violates platform rules or consumer protection obligations.
- Do not impersonate another person, business, or organization.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, your business profile information, the content you provide to PulseBizz, and your use of customer feedback or review collection workflows.
You are also responsible for your own compliance with applicable privacy, advertising, marketing, consumer protection, and industry-specific laws or rules.
- Obtain any notices, permissions, or consents required for your business to collect customer feedback.
- Use PulseBizz in a way that is honest and fair to your customers.
- Maintain your own business policies and disclosures where required by law.
Feedback pages and review routing
PulseBizz may host branded pages that allow your customers to submit ratings and optional comments. Those submissions may be stored and displayed within your account.
Review-routing behavior depends on the business settings you configure, the thresholds you choose, and the availability of connected third-party services such as Google.
PulseBizz does not guarantee that any customer will leave a public review or that any specific reputation outcome will result from using the service.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Certain PulseBizz features require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial details, and plan features are presented at checkout or within the app.
If you start a paid subscription, you authorize PulseBizz and its billing providers to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and renewal charges unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable billing terms.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.
- Trials or promotional access may be offered from time to time and may be changed or withdrawn.
- Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- If payment fails or your subscription becomes inactive, PulseBizz may limit or suspend access to some features.

We do not guarantee any particular business result, including any specific number of reviews, leads, appointments, revenue, or improvement in reputation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseBizz and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseBizz's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to PulseBizz for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of PulseBizz after an update becomes effective means the updated terms will apply going forward.
